We can help… A lifetime of gathering, enjoying and saving can become an overwhelming problem when it is time to downsize or liquidate. If you are downsizing and moving out of a large house into an apartment or smaller home, there probably won’t be enough space to store everything you’ve accumulated over the years. For many people, there are emotional as well as financial considerations. With 25 years experience, we understand the market value of fine antiques, collectables and household goods. If you goals are to receive fair value for your items, plus an empty house, we can help you meet those goals.
What to expect… After you’ve selected the pieces you will keep and those that will stay in the family, we can help you deal with the rest. Please keep in mind that in the whimsical world of collecting, what may look like junk to some, can have value to collectors. Please don’t toss things until we’ve looked. We will want to be fully responsible for the event. We will discuss our rates with you in advance. Our charges are typically a percentage of the total money made during a sale.
We encourage you to ask questions. You will be treated with respect; we understand how difficult this process is for people.
